What are prebiotics?

Honestly, I confused the term with antibiotics, but now I realized that they are completely different drugs. Have you ever used prebiotics?

I'll tell you the difference to make it clearer. Probiotics are live bacteria found in certain foods or supplements. They can provide many health benefits. Prebiotics are substances that come from carbohydrates (mostly fiber) that people cannot digest. But the beneficial bacteria in the gut feed on this fiber.
