When my mother was paralyzed, at first I thought that I could handle it myself. But I was very wrong. Then I began to look for a person with a medical education among relatives, but I did not find anyone who was able to care for my mother. Hiring an outsider (even with good recommendations, I didn’t want to) and then my colleague advised me to apply for participation in the CDPAP program.
