I am looking for alternative ways to effectively and quickly treat a knee injury. I will be glad to your advice.

When I hurt my knee, a compress with vinegar helped me:
oil (vegetable) - 1 tbsp. l .; water - 1 tbsp. l .; Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
All components are mixed, applied to the fabric and applied to the damaged area. Then wrap a warm cloth.
