Interval fasting: how I lost 10 kg in 2 months

I started two months ago with the 16/8 regimen, where I fast for 16 hours and eat only for 8 hours. At first, it was difficult to readjust, but then my body got used to it, and the hunger sensations became less pronounced. In these two months, I have lost 10 pounds and feel great! I have more energy and feel better, and my sleep quality has improved.
I would love to hear your stories. What interval fasting regimen do you use? What tips and tricks have helped you in this process?
