How to translate PDF from French to English quickly and efficiently?

Guys, can you tell me who has already translated PDF files from French to English? I'm facing this problem: I need to translate a technical document, and I don't want to lose formatting. I tried online translators, but the quality leaves much to be desired. Plus, in one place the text sprawls, in another - disappears altogether. In the end, I decided to look for professional services, but my eyes are scattered with options. Especially worried about the cost and timing, because the document is quite voluminous. Has anyone faced similar tasks? What services can you recommend for PDF translation?

The key is to find translators who understand the specifics of the topic and can handle the terminology. I've come across that many online translators can't handle formatting in PDF at all. I used a professional service too and was satisfied. By the way, if you have a technical document, it's even more difficult, as there may be specific terms and formats. It's better not to skimp on quality and go to trusted professionals.
