A hobby is what we do for pleasure in our free time. Why not combine business with pleasure? Let's find a hobby that will improve our lives.
1. Reading
Probably the most obvious hobby that can be beneficial is reading. With the right literature, you will not only enjoy reading, but also increase your vocabulary, make your brain focus and train it at the same time.
By the way, studies have shown that reading helps relieve stress and also promotes good sleep. Read before bed!
2. Gardening
If you have a summer house or vegetable garden, you are very lucky. There are many benefits to this hobby. Firstly, being in the fresh air is already a plus. Secondly, it is physical activity that has a positive effect on your body. Gardening lowers the risk of dementia and lowers levels of cortisol (stress hormone). And one more plus - natural vegetables and fruits on the table.
3. Meditation
Each of us should meditate. Many people do not consider meditation a hobby, but we do! After all, you do it in your free time and enjoy it. Meditation reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, teaches concentration.
