For the calculation, we used the most common option for organizing ventilation in a cottage:
The supply system is based on an air supply unit with a water heater (operating instructions), which is completed with an automation system with all the necessary sensors and a control panel with a color touchscreen display, an electrically driven air valve (actuator with a return spring), an air filter and a mixing unit. The mixing unit is selected individually for the heat supply parameters: most often water is used at 90/70 ° C, less often at 80/60 ° C (selection of the unit is possible for all types of autonomous and centralized heat supply).
The exhaust system can be natural (without fans) or mechanical (with fans). Fans, in turn, can be overhead (installed instead of diffusers in all serviced rooms), ducted (mounted in the ceiling space, one for each group of rooms) and roof fans.
If air cooling is required, then a ventilation unit with a freon cooler is used (in addition, a compressor-condensing unit, KKB is required).
To humidify the air, an evaporative-type duct humidifier with a water pre- and post-heater (equipped with an automation system and a mixing unit) is used, which is controlled from the supply unit.
