Mid-sized publisher looking for outside help with ad revenue optimization

I run a medium sized website in the education and career niche. The site does fairly well (I think) from an advertising perspective, but I believe that there's more upside.

I think I've taken the site as far as I can with my limited advertising/ad ops experience. I'm looking to work with a consultant/firm that can improve my advertising through initiatives like: optimizing my layout, ad serving/yield optimization, header bidding, access to new networks (e.g., AdX) etc.

Mid-sized publisher looking for outside help with ad revenue optimization. We are going to hide some custom dissertation material but when i see it is educational in that time i start to share everything with you. Even i share the name of the publisher and more of the publisher and data is also here.
