Do you like the Apple technique?

Hello everyone, recently I thought it was time to update my old laptop and buy a new one. I watched the video, it seems that now the best option is to buy a MacBook, I will need it to work as a programmer. Which one can you advise?

I don't have enough memory for my iPhone, and I was upset when I found out that there was no way to increase it since the iPhone does not have a memory card slot. My memory was hammered and I did not know how to clean everything, I found a post https://macpaw.com/how-to/best-iphone-cleaner-apps on the Internet that describes how to properly clean my phone. I hope I was not the only one who had such a problem and I will help someone with this.
