My partner and I recently split. We have been together over four years now, and this time was one I will cherish for the rest of my life. It was inevitable that our relationship was in a stalemate. Unfortunately, the breakup put me under tremendous stress. This is what prompted me to search for a good article on next steps. So I found tips to cope with the hollowness.
Let's just get to what is most important. What not to do following a breakup First of all, you shouldn’t text or call your ex. It's likely that he/she has other problems after the breakup.
