I think I'm facing jail time.

Hi all. I'm in a pretty tough spot. I've been sued for fraud and now I'm facing jail time. Now unless I can prove I wasn't in Arkansas I'm facing jail time. But coincidentally I was actually in Arkansas at the time. What do I do now?

Um, was that really a coincidence? Or are you just a criminal looking for ways to stay free? If that's really the case, you'd better turn yourself in to the police.
