Guys, what additional costs will I incur if I purchase property in Saint Kitts and Nevis? It's pretty lucrative to buy there, but I'm well aware that it's not that simple. Any tips?

In most cases, members of the program of St. Kitts and Nevis do not pay property purchase tax because it is included in the value of the object.
