Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to hear others’ experiences and insights regarding the increasing risk of supply chain disruptions. Over the past few months, we’ve seen several delays and shortages in critical materials, and it’s been impacting our production timelines. As a result, we’ve had to explore alternative suppliers, but it’s been a challenge to find consistent, reliable options.
I’m particularly concerned about the broader implications of global shipping delays and the uncertainty around international trade agreements. It’s clear that even if your business doesn’t operate internationally, the interconnected nature of supply chains means we're all vulnerable to global disruptions.
How are others in the community managing these risks? Have you implemented contingency plans or diversified your suppliers to ensure business continuity? If anyone has strategies for navigating these disruptions or insights on how to future-proof against them, I’d be grateful for your input.
