How long are typical therapy sessions, and how frequently are appointments scheduled?

From my experience, therapy sessions tend to be about 60 minutes long. The frequency of appointments often starts with weekly sessions and can become less frequent as you progress, sometimes moving to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins.
