This Nike Crossover Will Be One to Remember - Sneaker Freaker In your time in this world chan sneakers putian , you’ve undoubtedly come across some pretty memorable crossovers. Joining that list of game-changing mash-ups is two of Nike’s most beloved silhouettes, colliding and swapping design details to deliver us the Nike DNACH.1 pack.Trading their most iconic colourways, the 1991 Huarache will take on the ‘University Red’ colour-blocking of its 1987 cousin the Air Max 1 that will return the favour by rocking the instantly identifiable ‘Scream Green’ makeup. The Huarache has also borrowed the raised mudguards and tongue badge from the Air Max 1, while the AM1 now sports a neoprene tongue with extra eyelets for that fitted lock-in. On top of trading design elements with each other chan sneakers , they will also be sharing a specially-designed box and extra accessories. We’re still wondering why these never took off with a name like that.Nike SnakThough the shoe was integral in Nike SB’s learning curve, they’re anything but a tasty snack.Nike Lien LoEven though the name lay low, the foreshadowing of future skate-tech did not. Shock absorption was about to really step its game up in skateboarding thanks to Air Units and Phylon mid-soles.Nike TrogSuede over panels Knock Off Yeezys , dual-layered cup soles and selective reinforcement made this one of the strongest skate shoes available even though it strayed from Nike’s minimalistic approach to skate performance.Nike SchimpThe Schimp definitely did not skimp on protection with its extra padding, layered ollie area coverage and a protected lacing system.Nike ScreamIts heart was in the right place but its tech was not. A new way of thinking when addressing lace snapping in skateboarding was very welcome but placing that same system on the sidewall of a shoe was not. At least they tried.Though it would be another 5 years before Nike SB would discover its true potential and shape the technological future of skateboarding through endless innovation, it's somewhat humbling to know that even the best fail sometimes.
