Music is my life. Sometimes, I find it difficult not to listen to the songs while I do the tasks. I did them with music. I remember writing essays while listening to music. This helped me stay focused on the task. I knew that the right music could help you get lost in the excitement of your work. I wanted to confirm these thoughts with an article.

I was able to discover an article on music's effects on the brain by searching the Internet. I was pleased to find a website that contained all of the information in simple language. It's not necessary to understand scientific terms to understand articles because the author wrote them for nonscientists.

Music also taught me that my personality is built on music. Heavy metal fans, for instance, tend to be more independent that those who love'soft' types of music. How does music affect your brain? Directly, that's what I'm going to tell you.

After having read the article, it was clear that I wanted to create my personal playlist for work. Meditation music is more beneficial for concentration than songs that make you move. What music can you find that helps your brain develop?
