Hello to all. I want to quit smoking cigarettes, but I don't know how to do it without harm to my health. What can you recommend?

Glass bongs

Cigarettes suck!!! I think you can try weed. I prefer to smoke through a bong. It gives a sudden and more intense high. The joint will give you a linear maximum. I chose glass bongs because they can be safer as the smoke travels through the water allowing it to cool and remove some of the resin.
