Major League Baseball, like theRockies, is waiting for Jose Reyes' domestic violence court case to play out in Hawaii, but MLB will act Hunter Pence Jersey swiftly regarding punishment when the case is settled,commi sioner Rob Manfred said Monday in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Reyes, who is , is accused by police of a saulting his wife, Katherine, on Oct. 31 at a Maui hotel. The case is scheduled to go to trial April 4, opening day for the Rockies.
Whether he is found guilty or not, Reyes is subject to punishment under MLB's domestic violence rules that took effect last season Brett Martin Jersey and under which Manfred recently over a domesticincident involving a gunin South Florida in which no charges were filed.
"This is brand new policy," Manfred said. "Each of these cases are different, they're fact-specific. It's not just what you think the facts are, it's what can you prove."
