Below are some rules to participate in the MyCFAVisit survey:-
1. If a person is willing to take the www.mycfavisit.com survey then the person should be 18 years or above.
2. The person who is participating in the survey should be a legal citizen of the United States.
3. The customer should provide a valid contact number in the survey because the company is not responsible for any error due to incorrect contact details.
4. Only one customer can take the advantage of one coupon.
5. The receipt must have been issued in the last 24 hours to the customers.
