I just had a great idea for a computer application that will make life a lot easier. Can you recommend me an experienced team of programmers who can help me make it at a low cost.

I have many great ideas myself. But it takes a lot of investment to assemble a team. Might try to do it differently. For example, your idea is related to the organization of delivery. There is an excellent api distance matrix that helps to easily and quickly optimize logistics solutions. That is, maybe you are already referring to the finished product. It will be much cheaper and easier. Moreover, I doubt that your idea is completely new. But if you have the funds and time to create your own product, then I wish you good luck.
