Poker is both a game of chance and a sports game at the same time.

The key difference between sports poker and gambling (which is also called commercial) is that in sports poker it is impossible to buy or sell chips, as well as any other bet, except for the fixed entry fees of the prize fund. In this interpretation, gambling can be called quite a lot of processes associated with spending money, the ultimate goal of which is to get even more money. This includes opening your own business, and buying securities, any type of investment, risky financial transactions, etc.
