There are a few possible reasons why your volume buttons might not be working on your Roku remote. First, make sure that the batteries in your remote are fresh and inserted correctly. If that doesn't solve the problem, try restarting your Roku device and remote by unplugging them both from power and then plugging them back in. If that doesn't work, try resetting your Roku device by holding down the reset button on the back of the unit for 30 seconds.
