Formerly known as "Mina Rashid," Rashid Yachts & Marina is an AED 25 billion development by the Dubai Creek close to Bur Dubai and Deira that combines a new marina with a waterfront residential neighborhood designed in the Riviera style with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Downtown Dubai cityscape.
Together with P&O Marinas, who has made the land available and will continue to develop the marinas and berthing facilities, developer Emaar is working on the project.
Over 430 wet berths will be available at the Rashid Yachts & Marina marina, some of which can house the largest yachts in the world. It is envisaged that this will increase Dubai's already-increasing cruise tourism.
