Compare two folders to match the names of what is in them

The task of comparing the contents of two folders this time is different for me this time. There are two folders, in the first I have a lot of folders, in the second, a little more than half. I need to compare both folders for content and delete from the first, all matches with the second. But before deleting, I still have to look through the list of the deleted - whether something had got there that I shouldn’t touch yet. And if horrible, then remove the selection from some names and after that delete the rest.
Maybe someone came across something suitable?
